You can edit most of your profile details by navigating to
"MY PAGE" > "ACCOUNT SETTINGS" > "User Information."
Non-modifiable Items: Date of Birth cannot be modified manually once registered.

If You Have Moved to a New Region
If your new address is in a different country or region, you must first sign in to the PREMIUM BANDAI website corresponding to your new location before updating your details.
Example: Moving from Taiwan to the USA? Sign in to the USA site to update your address.

Updating Shipping Address for Existing Orders
Crucial: Changing your profile address will NOT automatically update the shipping address on your existing orders.
To change the shipping address on existing orders, you MUST update each order individually.

How to make changes
Please follow the steps illustrated below to update your account information:
Sign in and navigate to "MY PAGE."
In the "ACCOUNT SETTINGS" section, select the items you wish to change and proceed with the update.
