If you want to change or reset your password, please follow the steps below.
To change your password, please go to My Page.
Click "ACCOUNT SETTINGS: Change Password" on My Page.
Enter "CURRENT PASSWORD", "NEW PASSWORD" and click "CHANGE"
If you have forgotten your password
Click "SIGN IN" at the top right corner of the home page
Click "Forgot your password?"
Enter your registered e-mail address and click "CHANGE AND CONTINUE".
An e-mail containing an authentication code will be sent to your registered e-mail address. This code is valid for 10 minutes.
*If the e-mail address you entered is different from your registered one, we will not send you an e-mail for password resetting. If you want to set up a password using an e-mail address other than your registered one or your password resetting fails, please consult the PREMIUM BANDAI Customer Service .
Enter the authentication code into the input box on the page and click "SUBMIT".
Enter your new password and complete the registration.
